Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that develops the talents of all students.  This is done through collaborative planning and the implementation of innovative teaching practices.  We recognize that our students must be prepared to live and work in a world that may not even exist yet.  As learners and future industry leaders, they must be able to communicate effectively and think critically to create a world without boundaries!

In addition to maintaining high academic standards, our staff provides daily social emotional learning opportunities so that our students learn to lead with empathy.  At MGM, we firmly believe that great leaders lead with an open heart and mind.  

My commitment to the MGM community is to lead with optimism, accountability, and resilience.  My door is always open for students, parents, families, and community stakeholders to address concerns and improve our school community.  It is only through true authentic partnerships that we can provide our students with the educational experiences they are entitled to.
